Emily & Justin’s Elopement

Emily and Justin busted through the pandemic and had the most perfect elopement off the coast of Northern California. They invited immediate family to join them on a small hike in Russian Gulch State Park to the ceremony locations and enjoyed a soup picnic by the bridge on the beach and then we sent them off! I asked Emily a few questions about her wedding day and these are her responses:

What inspired your wedding day theme?

“Justin and I have spent lots of time outside. Most of our significant moments have happened in nature and we felt it appropriate to continue that theme.”

Why did you choose your wedding venue?

“Nature in general is the place we feel the most solace. We both have strong ties to the Pacific North West vibes and being able to be married there was perfect. Standing above the ocean in a beautiful grove of redwoods expressing our love to each other is the most genuine representation of our relationship.”

What advice do you want to give to future brides?

“Plan as much as you can ahead of time so you can just enjoy your day exactly how you want it to be”
