Filevine’s Jackson Hole Corporate Retreat
Y’all, this is how you do a corporate retreat. Filevine came to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and they came to absolutely PLAY, and getting to be their Jackson Hole corporate retreat photographer for every single moment of it was a full-on privilege. Custom hats, world-class venues, a horse whispering session that had grown adults completely speechless, and Teton views at every turn.
Day One: Dinner at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole
Day one kicked off with an outdoor dinner at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole, and the setup was gorgeous. Blush linens, lantern centerpieces, a full outdoor bar, string lights overhead, and the mountain air that makes everyone feel refreshed. When you bring your team to Jackson Hole, the setting does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. The Four Seasons just takes it the rest of the way! They have impeccable service and amazing food!
And then Gigi Pip showed up and honestly? Iconic.
Every single attendee got a custom hat, fitted and finished right there at the dinner table. The Gigi Pip team set up their customization station and guests chose their bands, their styles, their finishing details. Watching someone pick up their brand new custom hat for the first time and absolutely BEAM is one of the most genuinely fun things I get to photograph. Those hats showed up on every chair back, every head, and in every single photo for the rest of the weekend. Filevine branded swag? Nailed it.
Day Two Morning: The Educational Summit
Day two opened with business, and this crew showed up for it. The Filevine team gathered at the Four Seasons for a full educational summit with speakers and presentations, and they brought real energy to the room. Photographing a group of people who are genuinely locked in and engaged is a treat, and this summit delivered that in full.
Day Two Evening: Diamond Cross Ranch
And then the evening happened, and things got truly spectacular.
Diamond Cross Ranch is one of the most iconic event properties in Wyoming, full stop. The red barn sits in sprawling green meadows with the Teton Range right there on the horizon, not subtle about it at all. When the Filevine team rolled up to that property, the energy shifted immediately. They entered the barn to a local banjo group playing ambiance to get everyone in their western spirit!
The ranch owners led a horse whispering session inside the arena, and I watched every single person in that room lean forward in their seat and go completely still. A skilled horseman working in a quiet arena commands a room in a way that is hard to explain until you’ve seen it firsthand. After that, dinner inside the barn, a fire pit out on the lawn at golden hour with the Tetons glowing behind the fence line, and nobody was in any hurry to leave. I provided headshots, and couple’s photos to all the attendees in their western outfits, custom hats and of course the Tetons in the back!
